This certification requires three years of additional training beyond regular dental school. Using sedation with children tends to be more unpredictable and challenging than with adults. The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry has strict guidelines governing what doses are safe for children. If a child does not respond to a maximum safe dosage level, then other options such as general anesthesia may have to be used.

Question: What should we do this weekend?

Hey, I like going out with my significant other, but sometimes get little bored with dinner and a movie. What are some fun things to do in Kansas City, for the weekend that don’t cost to much?

We like hanging out in Johnson County( Shawnee Mission, Overland Park), but will go anywhere as long as it not to far.

Answer: do you like to go bowling, take a walk on the beach or have a picnic in the park. Might seem a little childish but those are all things that we like to do, you can even fly kites. Why not make it a couples night and invite some friends to go bowling with you guys or stay at home and play board games or pictionary. Just a suggestion.
